Introduction
The opening and closing part of the gate valve is the gate. The movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the fluid direction. Technical requirement
1. Check whether the parts are qualified before assembly, and the parts that affect the service performance cannot be assembled;
2. The inner cavity of the valve body must be cleaned, and the thread of the locking rod must be coated with grease
3 flange connecting bolts shall be tightened symmetrically and gradually, and the tightening elbow of packing gland nut shall be appropriate;
4. The inner cavity of the valve, the contact surface with the medium and the overall valve surface shall be painted according to the customer's requirements
5. The product shall be opened and closed flexibly after assembly without jamming;
6 the pressure test of the whole machine shall meet the requirements of bs5146
7. The design standard shall comply with BS5163, and the flange connection shall comply with bs4504
8. The structure length shall be implemented according to | so5752 basic series 3
